• Amer Sports, Inc., a global group of iconic sports and outdoor brands, on its initial public offering.
• Energy Capital Partners on its acquisition of Biffa plc, the UK's leading integrated waste and recycling firm, in a £2.1 billion enterprise value transaction.
• The Central Bank of Egypt on their draft Recommendations on Cloud Risk Assessment and Cloud Outsourcing Regulations.
• Moment, a joint venture between MultiChoice, payments platform Rapyd, and venture capital firm General Catalyst, on its commercial agreements with Multichoice.
• Seres Therapeutics on relevant EU/UK data protection requirements related to its informed consent forms for clinical trials.

• Temasek on its series D investment by into Trigo, an Israeli-based company providing cashless checkout software for retailers.
